Two Night Stay Required on Weekends. |

We charge just a $30 Pet Fee for each pet, regardless of your
stay length. A maximum of three pets allowed per
cabin are permitted with prior approval. There is no size or
weight restriction.
Pets must be crated in our Pet Friendly Cabins
if left alone in the Getaway Cabins.
Behavior can change drastically when your pet is left alone in a new
environment, and this ensures that there will be no damage to the
cabin. Also, our staff may need to enter to
check your hot tub or refresh your linens, and they need to know
that your animal is safely restrained.
Family pets must be kept on a leash when outside with you. Your
pet may become frightened in a new area and bolt away, or you may
run into another guest walking their pet(s).

We ask that you pick up after your pet around the
cabins and in common areas to ensure
everyone’s enjoyment of the
Hocking Hills. There is no need to clean up if you are out
in the Hocking Hills
forest and away from the Getaway Cabins.
If you plan on allowing your friendly pet on any furniture or
beds in our cabins that welcome pets,
please bring blankets or sheets from home to cover them
completely. You’ll also need to bring extra towels to dry or
clean your family pet after your daily outdoor adventures.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fee. Pets in cabins
other than those designated as “Pet Friendly” will result
in your being asked to leave in addition to the fee. |
| You are welcome to bring your pet inside the
rental office at check-in or other visits to the office, but
your pet must be friendly, leashed, and ready to meet our Black
Lab/Newfoundland, Bear, and our shop cat, Misty. Both are very
friendly and used to other animals, but can be startled if an
animal comes in un-announced. Please be aware that during the
summer, our front door is usually open, and Bear may startle
your pet by rushing out to greet him or her. Any damage to the
cabin by your pet will result in a charge to you. |
